When do I receive my loyalty rewards ( Monthly Plan )

With our monthly plan, your reward credits are added to your account each time your plan renews. This means that regardless of the specific day of the month you signed up, you your reward credits will be added to your total reward balance on the same day each month when your plan is renewed. You can see this then in the Loyalty reward bar-graph and the indicated total reward balance. Once the reward balance reaches the threshold of $120 it can be converted to a coupon that you can use in the Yum Audio store.
