Features
Main Control
The control lever is your main control to adjust the amount of over-the-top compression applied to the audio signal. Increasingly extreme compression will drive even subtle elements to punch, while distorting and saturating the audio and adding force to the sound.
Sharpness & Gain
The Sharpness control allows you to fine-tune the response of the Grater control lever. At low Sharpness settings, it will have a slower attack and release, retaining more of the original audio’s dynamics. This gives it some punch without completely squashing the transients.
The Master Gain lets you set the final gain stage of the plug-in from -24dB to 24dB to adjust the overall level of the audio signal. At 0dB the audio will be unaffected, at higher or lower settings the gain will be increased or decreased accordingly.
Mix
The Mix control slider ranges from 0% (fully dry) to 100% (fully wet) and allows you to adjust the balance between the unprocessed and the processed signal. You can keep some of the original sound while adding the characteristics of the extreme and crushing compression of Grater Light.
